SARITEKIN
This is the second collection by the Paris based menswear label Saritekin named after its founder and creative director Celil Saritekin, who is a graduate of the University of Applied Sciences Bielefeld and had stints at Alexander McQueen and Balmain before he created his own brand last year.
For Fall/Winter 2021 the brand continues its efforts to create pieces with a strong focus on tailoring and inspirations coming from art, design and architecture.
The collection is composed of monochromatic suits with asymmetric construction and seams dividing the jackets into double front cuts. There are shirt-jackets with matching trousers made of textured wool that blend elements of classic tailoring and sportswear and are combined with colourful graphic print shirts. The coats are made of brushed wool and have geometric pattern cuts and inserts in contrasting colours. Black leather pieces can also be found in the collection with fastening details in gunmetal.
